10 months old!

This post is two days late but by my standards these days, this is technically way early! When I went to take some pictures on Sunday, my camera would not work. Soooo my truck is in the shop, my camera is in the shop, my tooth is aching, and no laundry fairy has shown up to do all the laundry piling up at this joint. Things are just loverly! I said to a friend yesterday that I think someone put a hex on me. If you did and you are reading this, I have learned my lesson. Now please take it off!!!!!!

Now back to OWEN! You are 10 months old. You are something else I must say.
-You are into everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. Drawers, cabinets, toilets!!! I think I finally have your brothers trained to close the bathroom door! YUCK!
-You are so ready to walk. You want me to walk you around all day chasing after your two older brothers.
-Your two favorite things right now are Elmo and horses.
-You say mama, dada, bubba, and dog(which really means cat). Not sure how we got you confused on that.
-You moo, baa, and click your tongue and bounce up and down like you are riding a horse when talking about these 3 things.
-You love big people food. You yell at us when we do not give you any.
-You dance when you hear music you really like.
-You love to swing in your new swing.
-You love to be outside with your brothers. And love to eat dirt.
-You still suck your two fingers. I have a feeling it's a habit we are gonna have to break like having a pacifier. Except I can't cut your fingers down a little at a time.
-You love cats.

Eating breakfast in your Superman pj's. That is my favorite memory. Cutter and Carsyn telling you at the hospital that you could be Superman and they would be Batman and Spiderman.
Your new swing. Your feet look huge in this picture! Always, always eating.

Crazy red hair!
This is a long story but basically Cutter and Carsyn crashed a "Hello Kitty" party of their MDO friend at the park on Sunday. The received a goody bag with these hello kitty sunglasses that they have worn everywhere. The other part of the story is that when I was about 1 or 2, my parents had my picture made in red heart shaped sunglasses. Owen looks a lot like that picture to me. I get told all the time he looks like me. Even though he does have his daddy's red hair and "moo cow" eyes. (Owen's pediatrician calls them 'moo cow" eyes.) We still cannot decided what color they are going to be. Sometimes they look brown, sometimes green, sometimes gray.

Love him! Didn't he have his first trip to Wichita Falls this month too? Or had he been here before?

You should feel so safe having Spiderman, Batman and Superman all around you. :)
