"O"fficially 2 months Old

Baby "O" is officially 2 months old today. That seems impossible to me. Isn't he soooo cute?

Lubbock Day 1

Day 1 was spent traveling on to Lubbock from my grandparent's house in Snyder, getting settled into the hotel, and going roping! We met up with our friends Dustin and Kelly and their two little kids, Braylee and Brogan.

Friday Favorites

My blogger friend, Shelley, always does a Friday Favorites post! Shelley is married to a guy I went to school with and we live 30 minutes from each other and have not met. We will someday I hope. Here are some of my Friday favorites.

Mommas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys!

It's too late! There is nothing I can do about it. They are going to be cowboys. Our dinner conversations consist of riding broncs, roping calves, and chasing bulls. And a lot of other things. My poor little momma heart gets to racing really fast when they discuss all of this. They have been working all summer learning how to ride. Carsyn even fell off the back of his horse but got right back on. They are getting so big.

Cutter likes to go fast. That's why he rides Sadie. Carsyn rides Sarge who is much older and slower.

P.S. We are headed into the doctor today for the boys 4 yr well child check. Shelly-we are headed your direction so if you hear really loud screaming around 3:30, that would be my boys getting their booster shots.

Dog Days of Summer

I've been missing having fun with Cutter and Carsyn here lately so I put on my brave face and my swim suit and went outside to hang out with them. Owen didn't know to put on his brave face but he does now! The pool part of this water slide has been full all day so when I got in, it felt like a warm bath. It was a lot of fun being with my guys again and watching them interacting with their little brother. They are great big brothers! I like to think Clark and I did something right because they are so willing to put Owen first and do whatever they can to help me. And they always want him involved. Well, most of the time anyways.

Here we are working on our tan. No, Owen and I didn't stay out for long so he didn't get burned. He loved it. He would kick his feet around a little and watch his big brothers do all sorts of tricks down the slide.
This picture cracks me up. This is what life is like most of the time for Owen and me. We are constantly just trying to stay out of the way and not get hurt. We did get splashed but Owen never made a peep. He loved the water.

Vacation Post #2

A Trip to Medieval Nights! The boys told me that their black and white guy won the tournament. And they got to eat chicken with their hands.

Pipi bought these swords. They are made out of real wood and are quite dangerous. They really put on a show! They pretend to "kill" each other and the one being killed can die dramatically.

Bubbas On Vacation

Swimming at the hotel. Cutter and Carsyn love to stay at a hotel. It's basically to get up in the morning and go down and make waffles with Clark. More pics to follow when I get a few minutes of a break from Owen and seeing my hubby who is finally home from Dallas!

6 Weeks Old-ALREADY????

Can this big guy really be 6 weeks old already? It just doesn't seem possible. His older brothers are on vacation with their Mimi and PiPi so he is taking advantage of all the alone time with Momma and playing with his brother's things. He is patiently waiting for his Daddy to get home tonight so he can have some alone time with him before the big boys come home tomorrow. Look at that belly! Have I mentioned that my kids are terribly spoiled? If I have not pointed that out, I'm doing so now! We spent Sat morning at the lake in Goldthwaite so the boys could tube! Came home to do a little napping and had Mimi, Pipi, and Granny over for slide fun, hamburgers, homemade Mexican vanilla ice cream, and some firework action!

5th week of life!

All 3 boys together again. First time I have gotten all 3 to sit together since the hospital.
